With a solid background in luxury hospitality, guest experience, and partner relations, she brings together operational know-how, attention to brand image, and a guest-centered mindset.

Throughout her career, Francesca has gained significant experience working with renowned groups such as Belmond, Rocco Forte Hotels and Hotelbeds, covering roles in group and event sales, yield and revenue management and guest relations. 

Prior to joining Casa Laveni, she served as Members Relationship Manager at Retail Institute Italy, further enriching her skills in relationship building and stakeholder communication.

Francesca holds a Master’s in Hospitality Management from ELIS SAFI Institute and a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages and Communication Studies from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. She is fluent in English, French and Italian.
